A new chapter

Courage, perseverance, and new beginnings

In 2014, I began a new chapter in Belgium together with my children. Like many people, I faced the challenges of learning a new language, adapting to a different culture, and finding my place in a new country.

This journey taught me courage, perseverance, and the belief that even the biggest changes can become the beginning of something beautiful.

People have always been my greatest passion. Through years of professional and personal experience, I have learned that every individual possesses enormous potential. Sometimes, all we need is a little support, understanding, and encouragement to help that potential flourish.

Today, as a Supervisor and Team Leader, I lead a diverse team of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Every day, I witness how much can be achieved through collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication.

I firmly believe that when people feel heard, valued, and connected to a shared purpose, they can surpass their own expectations and accomplish more than they ever thought possible.

Where does “Luxia” come from?

The name Luxia was inspired by the concepts of light, clarity, and guidance that we often seek during times of change, uncertainty, and new beginnings. It symbolizes a space where you can pause, reflect, and gain a fresh perspective on your journey.
