Who I Am
Hello, my name is Olga. I am Polish, and 12 years ago I packed my belongings, my courage, and my children, and began a new chapter of life in Belgium.
Adapting was not easy: a new language, a different culture, and a completely new everyday reality. That is why I understand people who are trying to find their place in a foreign country. I have experienced that journey myself.
Today, my offer is available in three languages: Dutch, English, and Polish, so every client can feel comfortable, understood, and free to express what really matters.
My Experience
My work with people began in Poland in the travel industry, where I organized trips and guided national and international groups. Later, while working with business clients, I learned how essential careful listening, openness to needs, and real support truly are.
In my current professional life, I lead a team of people from different cultures and language backgrounds. I help them understand each other, cooperate, and build one strong dream team.
Why Luxia?
The name Luxia is connected to clarity: the clarity we often search for during moments of chaos, change, and uncertainty.
Clarity does not arrive by itself. It appears when you dare to pause and look deeper.
My Qualifications
I do not stand still. To support people responsibly, both individually and in the workplace, I continue to develop my knowledge and skills.
I completed the Life Coach Basis course and Preventieadviseur niveau 3 training, combining personal development with a professional approach to prevention, wellbeing, and safety at work.
Beyond Work
In everyday life, I am a happy mother of three teenagers and the owner of a wildly energetic dog who makes sure I am never bored.
